Mount Rudugaira Expedition is a good introduction to mountaineering for experienced trekkers who have previous high altitude trekking experience and who wish to take the next step-up in adventure activities.

ये फोटू मसूरी की है..  ( वैसे तो मोबाइल पिक है, पर फोटू, फुल फ्रेम में देखिएगा, .. मजा आ जाएगा )      देहरादून से धनौल्टी की ओर जाने वाली इस सड़क पर, जब  मसूरी के पीछे वाले हिस्से में पहुँचते हैं, और किस्मत अच्छी एवं जाड़े का खुला आसमान हो, तो ऐसा दृश्य सामने होता है, वरना यहाँ से तकरीबन 250 किलोमीटर दूर फैली हिमालय की इस श्रृंखला और यहाँ के बीच धुंध का एक परदा होता है, साल के 350 दिन।       असल में पुरानी मसूरी इसी पार थी, जिसे लैन्डौर के नाम से जानते हैं, जहाँ अभी भी लेखक रस्किन बाँड और स्टीवन आल्टर जैसे लोग बचे हुए हैं। टाम आल्टर भी लैन्डौर में ही रहते थे। ये अंग्रेज साहबों का रिहायशी इलाका था, और वर्तमान मसूरी जो माल रोड के इर्द गिर्द बसी है, वो असल में  बाजार था।                समझिए, मसूरी की खूबसूरती यहाँ घूमने आनेवाले लोगोंं के हिस्से में शायद ही आ पाती है, क्योंकि असली मसूरी तो पहाड़ के दूसरी ओर है जहाँ देवदार, बाँज और चीड़ के मिश्रित जंगल, गहरी बहती पानी की धाराएँ, अभी भी थोडे बहुत जंगली जीव जै...
